Do you offer any help with design of layout?

Yes we do! Any of our staff can help with layouts and design ideas for your space, inside or out. We can even come out to your home if needed. To set up an appointment give the store a call. Contact us.

What is Wicker?

Can your outdoor cushions be left outside?

Our cushions are made to stay outside all season. We use outdoor fabrics and foam to ensure that they can withstand the elements. To help keep your cushions looking good as new we do recommend using a furniture cover when they are not in use and storing your cushions inside for winter.

Why can't all your products be purchased online?

At the moment we only offer a small amount of our products for purchase online due to the many custom options that are available. Feel free to give us a call or send us an e-mail for details on purchasing anything you see on our site.

What is your warranty?

Our warranties vary between our different manufactures, so please see the product descriptions for details.

Should I cover my outdoor furniture?

Yes, we recommend covering your outdoor furniture to keep it looking it's best. By using covers it will keep your furniture clean and will allow you to enjoy it whenever you like.

Do I have to bring my furniture inside for winter?

All of our outdoor furniture is designed to stand up to our Canadian climate. There is no need to store your furniture inside, but it is recommended to use a furniture cover.

How do you clean my cushions?

Our outdoor cushions are easy to keep clean. A damp cloth will do the trick for most general cleaning and for more stubborn stains our fabric cleaner works great. If you purchased Sunbrella fabric on your cushions here is a great link for cleaning help, Sunbrella® Care and Cleaning. Our outdoor cushions are mostly spot clean only. For fabric specific instructions please send us an email with your name and the cushions you need to clean.

How do you clean wicker?

For our all-weather wicker, a garden house and a little soap works great. But for any wicker inside a vacuum with a dusting brush and a damp cloth will do the trick. For stubborn outdoor dirt try our furniture cleaner.

Do you repair wicker or Rattan?

No we do not repair furniture. But Rattan is like any other wood furniture and most furniture repair shops will be able to repair it.

Are Gift Certificates available?

Gift Certificates are available in any denomination. Please come into the store or contact us for more details.

Are all your products online?

We do our best to keep our website up to date but we do have much more in our store.

Can I get replacement cushions for my old furniture?

Yes, we can make custom cushions for any furniture with loose cushions. For a price quote, please contact us with dimensions of your cushions and a picture of the frames helps a lot.

Are the prices online the same as in store?

Do you have a print catalog?

No we do not have a print catalogue, our website is the best way to see the products that are available.

What is your price guarantee?

We guarantee to meet or beat any competitors written price or quote on "same" products.

How are orders shipped, or can orders be picked up?

Generally orders can be ready within 3 weeks from the time of deposit, however some clearance and floor model specials may be ready within 7 days. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified with 72 hours of placing your order.

Once I place an order how long does it take to ship?

Due to the custom nature of almost all our products, it typically takes 3 to 4 weeks before we can ship any order. Once an order is placed you will be contacted before your order is shipped.

Do you offer payment options?

We do offer payment options through our store only. For more information about what options are available please contact us.

What taxes do I have to pay?

Taxes are based on the location that we ship your order to. See below for rates.

We do offer home delivery service. In the greater Winnipeg area we schedule and deliver out of our warehouse and in the rest of the country we use a third party shipping & delivery company.
