Shipping & Return Policy

Standard Freight:
  • Our standard freight charges will be applied at checkout for your approval. 
  • Items will be shipped to the closest depot or drop off point to the customers provided address for Pick Up.
  • Depots and Drop off points are determined by Luxe Furniture Company and its carriers.
  • All orders must be picked up at the depot within 2 business days of notification from carrier before storage fees will apply.


Home Delivery (curbside):
  • For an additional fee of $99 Luxe Furniture Company will ship the packages directly to the customers provided address, this will be “curbside” delivery only. Customer will be responsible for all garbage, unwrapping of product and assembly if required .
This service is not available in all areas.


White Glove Service:
  • For an additional fee of $ 249 Luxe Furniture Company will have a freight company deliver, unwrap and place furniture, garbage will be removed. Some minor assembly may be required by the customer.
This service is not available in all areas.


  • Free freight is to be determined by Luxe Furniture Company and may be changed or discontinued without notice.
  • Clearance products do not apply to Standard freight and must be quoted. 
  • In some circumstances, beyond charges may apply by freight companies. Before shipping Luxe Furniture Company will notify its customers for acceptance of any additional charges.
  • For All our customers that do not fall in the “Standard freight” category, Luxe Furniture Company will provide you with a freight quote before shipping for acceptance.
  • All Freight quotes are quoted “pre-tax”
  • All In-stock orders will ship within 7-10 business days
  • All Custom orders will ship in approximately 3 weeks
  • Freight and Transport time frames once the order has left Luxe Furniture Company, cannot be guaranteed. We always do our best to shop with the most effective and efficient carrier for your convenience.
  • Any Damaged freight must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery or Pick Up, by the customer in order to ensure a proper claim can be made. If damage is noticed, please note before signing Bill of Lading and if possible, take pictures of cartons and damage before and during unwrapping. If there is damage, only sign B.O.L after all damages have been noted.
  • All claims and damages must  be reported to Luxe Furniture Company within 24 hours of receiving shipment. The sooner we get the information, the sooner we can get the problems taken care of for you so that you can start enjoying your amazing new furniture!



At Luxe Furniture Company, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Our attention to detail in design, material and construction is unyielding. And so is our commitment to customer satisfaction.


Returning Merchandise:
  • Please note that proof of purchase is required for a refund. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued as follows.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.
  • Return shipping and re-stocking fees may apply.
  • Before returning an item you must contact the store to obtain authorization for your return.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, or equivalent and shipped via approved carrier.
  • Retain your shipping receipt for your records.


Stocked Furniture:
  • We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment, and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a defect in your furniture, however, please contact us at 888-856-9003 immediately.
  • Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be refunded in store credit only minus all shipping and handling charges.


Custom Furniture and Cushions:
  • All custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be changed once in production, returned or refunded at any time. Please contact us at 888-856-9003 if items need to be changed during production and you will be advised if the changes can be made.
  • All custom cushions are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • If necessary the cushions cost can be deducted from the furniture if a return of exchange is necessary.   


Final Sale & Clearance Items:
  • Clearance and Floor Model items are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.
  • All Clearance and Floor Models are sold As Is and quantities are limited.  
  • These products do not qualify for standard shipping, if you would like a freight quote please contact us and we would be more than happy to find you a competitive rate.



There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
