All of our products have a structural warranty for a minimum of 3 years, unless otherwise listed.
Shipping damage must be marked on the bill of lading at the time of receipt.
All shipping damages must be reported within 24 hours of date received. If a claim is made and exact products are discontinued or unavailable Luxe Furniture Company will replace with the same or similar products at our discretion.
On items where touch up paint is needed, Luxe Furniture Company will send out touch up paint at no charge.
Photos and Documentation of all damages may be requested by Luxe Furniture Company and must be provided within the first 72 hours of the request.
